A busy local charity that supports survivors of rape and childhood sexual abuse is seeking a Volunteer Administrator, to provide administrative support to the Northamptonshire Rape Crisis team of volunteer counsellors. 
 
You will be part of a small team with big ideas to develop the growth of the organisation. 
 
The post holder will be responsible for the administration and monitoring of the systems and processes required to ensure that counsellors meet the expectations of NRC’s funders. 
 
The post holder will also support the Client Assessor in the allocation of clients to NRC’s counsellors. 
 
 
We are looking for someone with good communication skills and a positive outlook who can relate to the needs of our clients; the person we are seeking has to be adaptable to change.

Client Assessor

A busy local charity that supports survivors of rape and childhood sexual abuse is seeking a Client Assessor. This person will need to be an accredited counsellor with BACP or UKCP membership. 
 
You will be part of a small team with big ideas to develop the growth of the organisation. 
 
The post holder will be responsible for the coordination of all service user referrals and client assessments throughout the County into Northamptonshire Rape Crisis. The post holder will be expected to contact all new referrals within a specified time scale, to arrange for 1:1 assessments to be carried out, to complete thorough needs assessments and to report to the Office Manager and the ‘team around the volunteers’ the outcome of these assessments. The post holder will also be responsible for referring and/or sign-posting service users on to other relevant organisations. 
You will be responsible for delivering outreach counselling to clients living in Kettering, Corby and South Northamptonshire who are unable to access our centre in Northampton.
